Unprofessional staff, package stealing problem

Whatever the kind of help you need from the staff members from this unit, trust me you’re not going to get it. They will not sort out anything for you and they will ignore you. I had problems with getting my keys the first day I moved in, and the building has package stealing problem, but they ignored it and lied to me that the security cameras don’t work when they do work.
