Unit includes private washer and dryer in the basement, access to shared backyard and 1 raised bed for gardening or flowers in the front of the house. Unit comes with a designated storage locker in the basement. Renters also have access to covered and locked bike storage on the lower level of building.

Street parking, no permit required. 1st & security deposit (1 month’s rent) required.
