The people currently living there said that the house stays cool during summer/fall and they didn’t need ac. All three rooms are fairly equal in size so no need to worry about fighting over who gets the bigger room. Electric would be 50-70 and heat... around 150-250 depending on the season. Heat won’t be an issue in summer but the electric would be higher. Laundry and water included in rent. Rent is 3750 in total so it will be 1250 per person before utilities.

We are on our way to sign the lease and looking for a third roommate.
