House in Brighton Area

My roommates and I are looking for somebody to join us in our apartment for September. We're Queer Friendly and open to most things. The house is originally a one-family home, but was split into two. We have in unit washer and dryer in the basement.... The house is a 4 bedroom, 2 bath. The rent is 775 each totaling to 3,100. We are a 5-minute walk away from the 57 Bus line and a 15-minute walk away from the Boston College T stop. Utilities average around $200-400 a month, depending on usage and month, and include gas, electricity, and internet (we currently use Verizon Fios that totals around $80 a month, but may also change to something cheaper in the next year).

The main features of the house are the sizable kitchen and common rooms, much of the space already being furnished including a tv and couch, Laundry and Drier hookups in the basement, a fairly large common fridge, and a front porch/foyer to hang out on. All the rooms comfortably fit a full size bed and other needed amenities, and we have had no real issues with bugs or other vermin (knock on wood) in our time here. There is tandem parking allowing up to 3 spaces (2 if you include my car) next to the house, so some coordination will be required if we intend to have multiple cars on property. The neighborhood is generally quiet, with traffic going through on school times and surrounding properties mostly occupied by college students and homeowners.
Looking for people who can clean and maintain the common spaces on somewhat of a schedule, with small gatherings encouraged over full parties
