Top notch, stylish, and modern apartment in the up and coming Everett area that puts significantly more expensive buildings to shame for what it offers. Very easy and convenient. Even just sharing a video with friends has them asking where is the apartment and when they can visit.

We recently moved in, but so far there have been so issues. The front desk staff is attentive. The decor and style of the building is absolutely gorgeous, you can tell every item was picked to perfection.
