The room is on the first floor of the unit, it has wood floors and three large windows. The laundry is conveniently located by the room, as well as a bathroom with a shower a quick walk down the hall. The kitchen is recently renovated and includes a... dishwasher. The house is right down the street from BU. There are 4 other people (female and non-binary) living in the house, and one cat. Everyone gets their own room, the rent is $960 + utilities, and there is on street parking available.
