Centrally located for Jamaica Plain, walk to City Feed, Sam Adams Brewery, Whole Foods, Stop & Shop, Jamaica Pond, Franklin Zoo. By Orange Line... T, next station into JP is 2 minutes away and that is central JP, where the ethnic restaurants, two libraries and the post office is, as well as cool stores. Outbound by T it is 10 minutes to Northeastern and the LongwoodMedical area, and 15 minutes to Copley area, and then Downtown.
Apt. has a lot of room, one living room the other a storage/spill-over room, and tons of light. In-unit laundry, dishwasher, ice maker, etc. Share utilities (gas heat, electricity and internet). Join two others, both working (non-profit, public transportation planning). Must be reasonable, respectful, responsible, willing and able to pay bills on time and keep shared spaces clean.
