Lovely, bright (three full size windows) second floor bedroom suite with private full bath (with tub and shower) overlooking garden--this is a one-bedroom, one bathroom suite within our parkside single family home. Suite includes separate staircase... and a private hallway/mudroom for your exclusive use.

Amazing location across from Amory Park just steps from Beacon Street, a couple of blocks from the restaurants and shops in Coolidge Corner, St. Mary's/Fenway, and Comm Ave/Boston University!

Bedroom is furnished with a queen size solid wood sleigh bed with pillow top, a wooden table and four chairs, a love seat and arm chair, shelves and dressers, and coordinating rugs. Rolling desk chair is available.

Ideally situated across from Amory Park and Hall's Pond Sanctuary, steps from the T (C-Green Line/Cleveland Circle; the D and B lines are a 5-7 minute walk away) and walking distance to BU, Coolidge Corner, St. Mary’s, Fenway/Kenmore, Longwood Medical Area, and Colleges of the Fenway and Northeastern.

Very private. Central climate control, wifi, and use of shared laundry room are included in rent. Kitchen and garden sharing possible. We are seeking someone kind, considerate, neat, personable and good with teens to round out our household. Long-term tenancy is desirable for the right fit. We welcome members of the LGBTQIA+ community and BIPOC. Faculty and post-docs welcome!

Due to homeowner allergies, no furry/feathered pets or smoking, please.

We are looking for ONE housemate for at least the whole upcoming academic year.
